i have to do a manufacturing overhead budget. i have some variable costs and fixed costs. i know that all of the variable costs are part of manufacturing overhead, and i know that i should not include depreciation and amortization in my total manufacturing overhead.
i’m just not sure what to do with property taxes and insurance. do i include it in total MOH?

Do I have to get special insurance for a rental property? Is it the same as it was when I lived there? Does it cost more or less than before?
What if a renter has someone get hurt on the property, can I get sued as the landlord?

I had to take out contents insurance as part of my agreement when I took on a rented property. I paid 5 months worth however, I missed the 6th month as I didnt re-new the policy because I moved out.
Now they want to take it from my deposit they have. Can they do this even though im not living there? The payment from me goes directly to the estage agent who pays it to the insurance company - it does not go directly to the insurance company from me.

Home has an unpermitted room and bathroom downstairs. However, if there’s damage caused to the home such as a fire let’s say, and the source of the damage is *not* the unpermitted units. I’d hate to have to cough up all the money to legalize these units, which came with the house when purchased.

My son’s ankle was cut on the end of a supermkt checkout counter when he tried to go around customers at a display the store setup right beside the exit. Bill was $400, insur co says he was jumping so they won’t aren’t liable for anything. Studied law, don’t care too much for lawyers.

im guessing this is a property insurance company, if property was destroyed, and the owner of the property claimed the money with the insurance company, can the insurance company then go and charge the person who damaged the property?

I was just told by our insurance company that we must get a business policy in order for them to continue covering our homeowners policy because we run a business from the property, but don’t have coverage for it.
