Anyone here a victim of the GMAC> SLS mortgage scam?

Evidence continues to grow that SLS is a scam with intentional design to defraud borrowers and likely the Fed.
Do you have a story you want to tell, and how are you handling the falsified foreclosures; trumped up overcharges, or other specific flim-flam schemes?
Do you think GMAC was mislead, or made this debt transfer knowing full well that SLS is a crooked nest of thieves and liars?

   I had a First and Second mortgage through GMAC/ Ditech. Once I submitted an offer for short sale they immediately sent the second mosrtgageg to SLS to try to distance themsleves from the transaction. We negotiated on the first mortgage and the next day I get a call from SLS with their hands out. They told me they wanted $5,500 to sign offf on the second. Next thing I know I get a call from my Realtor that they are asking for $8,800. They have lied and decieved me when I have triued my best to clear this up. I have even been making forebearance payments for the past 3 months even though I did not have to. We are responding with a HUD for them to get $5,500 and thatis it. They can take the house. I am done trying to cooperate with a bunch of liars.
